One month after having filed charges against BP Europe SE, LifeGen.de LTD is taking further action. "BP Europe SE must have known that the company doesn't posses any working technology for combating a catastrophy like that in the Gulf of Mexikao, but they didn't inform the US or European officials about these aspects before the Deep Horrizon sank", eplains Vlad Georgescu, CEO and Editorial Director of LifeGen.de, and: "We intend to show the public that the BP case is a global one, not the problem of BP America alone".
